"All The World's A Stage..."

HERE ARE FIVE "QUICK TIPS" TO SET THE STAGE FOR YOUR HOME TO SELL.

UNCLUTTERING  Not only the everyday belongings.  Uncluttering makes every room in your house look & feel more spacious.  Go through every room, closet, drawer with the "uncluttering rule" in your mind.  When in doubt, throw it out!

CLEANING  The everyday cleaning with a dust rag and vacuum is just fine for family & friends.  When you want to sell your house, just fine isn't good enough.  Clean every inch of space and every item in it.  A deeply cleaned house not only looks great, it feels uplifting and new.

REPAIRING  With all the clutter gone & every area sparkling clean, concentrate on repairs.  A house cannot sell for top dollar if any detail, large or small, is in less than perfect shape.  Even small maintenance items such as a leaky faucet or cracked bathroom tile sends out a warning signal to a buyer...work, work, work which costs money, money, money!

NEUTRALIZING  Creating a neutral environment that accomodates anyone's furnishings is the next step.  A house with neutral paint colors, decor & carpeting will accomodate anyone's decorating style.

DYNAMIZING  is the final step before Show time!  "Stage" little areas throughout the house to ensure that buyers are constantly surprised and pleased at what they find.   Dynamize a room to be multi-functional.  The most important part of dynamizing is to identify first impressions.  Stand in the doorway of each room and see it through a buyer's eyes.
